The title pretty much sums it up for me. With pens this great, so utterly fantastic, what more can we hope to achieve as a civilization? Sure, you may say, “Well, we could conquer disease, that’d be kinda important,” but why would you want to live if our writing instruments were inferior to this monumental triumph of written communication? When I write “No Gurlz Aloud” on the sign for my cushion fort, I want to know my sign will last virtually forever, or at least until my Gurl-Cootie Ray has been perfected…and this pen provides that level of comfort.

Harju hit my car a few months back. While he did do the right thing and offered to pay for it, for me the issue has nothing to do with money. I wrote this about for or five months ago, and have received numerous comments. I explain the situation each time, and find people are accepting of my reasoning.

On Saturday morning (111011) I went to StMary’s and returned to find someone had erased the “phil harju” bit. And since I was parked next to the Harju minivan, I have a pretty good idea who did it.

Being the situation is not resolved, and that some believe that if you erase something you can make it go away, I rewrote Philip’s name, about four times larger than previous.

This will continue until I am satisfied that a certain party is capable of learning, and can tell me what that specific lesson is.

He’s still paying for the damage.
